Sustainability

Sustainability and environmental impact are key factors in all facets of the business.

As a company we consistently review and implement ways to minimise our impact to the planet.

IN 2019 we proudly achieved the FSC Chain of Custody (CoC) certification status,

verifying the timbers used are traceable to source.

We have been actively reducing our Carbon emissions since 2020 and aim to become carbon neutral by 2028.

We are committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2040.

In short, we source materials as locally as possible, prioritizing local sub contractors which share our environmental commitments and offsetting our carbon emissions.

Since 2020 we have been working with our suppliers to reduce plastic consumption.

In 2021 we transferred to 100% renewable electricity.

Our products are designed for life, many components are interchangeable and fully recyclable.

We offer a take back scheme for furniture that is no longer needed, where we are able to recover, repair or utilise individual components.

We are able to offer natural fillings as an alternative to foam based products in our upholstered pieces and plan to roll this out as a standard offer by 2025.

Our packaging is FSC certified and recycled.

When we deliver and install projects directly, we remove and reuse all packaging.

We are working extensively with project teams to help fulfill environmental accreditation's such as

BREEAM, WELL & LEED.

We only use Low VOC or No VOC materials and finishes.

We can supply EPD's and carbon calculations for all of our products.

Since 2020, we have been actively donating to the ONE TREE  PLANTED

sustainability program. Our contribution so far equates to over 400 trees being planted in the UK and Europe.
